welcome to brooke's nook- the small corner of the universe where what i say matters!
my name is brooke smars and i'm a college student. you're probably only here either because you were lucky enough to stumble upon this lovely page, or you're my grandma. or perhaps you're a dear friend who loves me enough to take a few minutes to view my page, thanks dude. if you have any comments about what should be done differently on this page (ie "you should use correct capitalization/punctuation" or "i don't like the organization/lack thereof" or "your content is boring"), i appreciate the fact that you have an opinion, there are too many poor stupid souls who could care less about who their house representative is or who is more amazing, owen or LUKE wilson (let us take a moment of silence for these unfortunate individuals), but the bottom line is, frankly, i don't give a barnacle's pimple about your whining. i realize i am no great web artist (although i currently hold the position of norskklub's webmaster...haha) but this is my own page, where what i say matters!! |

why?
since the beginning of time, man has been asking this question. It is the basis for everything we know now, and all that is yet to be discovered. why do penguins have wings if they weren't made to fly? why are puppies so adorable? why do you close your eyes when you sneeze? what came first, peanut butter or chocolate? without questions, there would never be any answers, and without any answers, we would all still be living in cold dark caves, grunting savagely and picking fleas from our friends' back and chest hairs. questions are the key to unlimited knowledge. so why does what i say matter here? why have i poured my very heart and soul into a web page with no real point? because i have nothing better to do ? (debateable) because i am extremely talented at creating website? (not likely) because i'm deeply committed to relaying my concerns to the people of earth? (possibly) the point is, wait...there is no point. not every question has an answer, and not every answer has a question.
